Liability

Masters in Steel is not responsible for any damage which may follow the usage of our products. See also our Safety rules.

Price

Al prices are including VAT and  P&P. This price-list disables all earlier pricelists, from depart of the order date. Action and super sales prices only when stock lasts.

Pay terms.

Delivery will follow after we received the complete amount of the payment. Pre-payment can be done in the following way:
- Transfer to our bank account at ABN-AMRO bank, accountnumber 59 06 93 069 at name of "Masters in Steel"
Deliveries are only made after payments.

The product are owned by Masters in Steel until the full payment is received. This is the time were the money has reached our account or the cheques are cashed to our bank.

Delivery

The client will receive an e-mail or letter to confirm the order. This is to exclude the possibility that others will make orders using clients name and data. After the confirmation is the order ordered. Also in the case of back deliveries the client is responsible to pay the whole order. If an article is not in stock anymore, or cannot be delivered, this has no influence on the order. In this case we will refund the payments accordingly. In the case of back-orders the client does not pay the extra Post & Package costs.

Return

Articles as dildo's etc cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons. If an article reaches you damaged, you can send it back to us in the original package, and we will replace the article at once. We will allow small variations in colors and size due to production circumstances.

Delivery terms

Normal you will receive the products within one week after payments If we do have a delay in these, we will contact and inform you about this.

Post & Package

We do not charge you for  P&P costs for orders from € 100 onwards. For orders till € 100 we charge real postal costs only. We do not have any minimum order size.
